About this site

This is my personnal website, it is dedicated to my MacOS developments, personnal files I want to make available online (like family albums), and other futilities.

The author of this site, as well as of anything in it (unless otherwise mentioned) is me. Me is Spyro, It is the nickname I usually use on internet (forums, IRC, ICQ...), so just call me Spyro. If you wonder where it comes from, know that Spyro is a video game character I liked much in his playstation adventures. I did not have more inspiration when I had to choose a nickname for ICQ Please Note that the word "Spyroland" is not a trademark, as far as I know...

I am a mac user since the first Macintosh Plus at home, and I program since I was 10 (I started with MS BASIC on that machine or the LCII that replaced it, I don’t remember). I am currently a Ph.D. student in computer science in Lille (France), and it does not leave me much time to care for this web site.

If you want to contact me, e-mail is the best way, but don’t expect me to always reply to you (for instance, I may not reply to a mail that only says "thank you for Asticones" although I like receiving them). You can also find me on the forums of Macologist.
